Schiphol Real Estate (SRE) developed The Outlook, an office complex at Schiphol centre for the Microsoft Headquarters in the Netherlands.
Multi-tenant
The Outlook is a multi-tenant complex of around 38,000 m² of office space and a 3-story parking garage (2 levels below ground and 1 level above ground) with a capacity of around 800 parking spaces. CEPEZED architects from Delft provided the design. The building houses among others the Headquarters of Microsoft. The construction work was undertaken by construction consortium J.P. van Eesteren and Voormolen. The installation work was carried out by Croonwolter&dros.
bbn adviseurs provided the management during the preparation phase. During the construction phase bbn adviseurs provided the operational management and supervision. In addition, bbn undertook the NEN 2580 measurements.
