Amsterdam The Style Outlets is the first and only outlet centre in the Greater Amsterdam area, just 8 minutes by train from Amsterdam city centre. It is located in the modern SugarCity zone, a rapidly developing area. Its architecture has elements resembling old factory buildings, like the sugar factory that once stood on the site.
Village
The centre is designed by Common Affairs at the request of the Spanish investor NEINVER, one of Europe’s leading developers and managers of outlet centres. It includes 18,000 m2 shopping area and 1,000 m2 for high-quality services. The centre, built in two storeys above 1,450 parking spaces, resembles a small village with shops, bars and restaurants along the streets and around a square. Amsterdam Style Outlets opened its doors in autumn 2020.
