Amsterdam The Style Outlets is the first and only outlet center in the Greater Amsterdam area, just 8 minutes by train from Amsterdam city center. It is located in the modern SugarCity zone, a fast developing area. Its architecture has elements resembling old factory buildings, like the sugar factory that was once there.
The center is designed by Common Affairs at the request of the Spanish investor NEINVER, one of Europe’s leading developers and managers of outlet centers. It includes 18,000 m2 shopping area and 1,000 m2 for high-quality services. The center, built in two stories above 1,450 parking spaces, looks like a small village with shops, bars and restaurants along the streets and around a square. Amsterdam Style Outlets opened its doors in autumn 2020.
