The hotel (formerly known as City Inn or Mint Hotel) has 553 rooms, a restaurant with sky-lounge and a conference centre which in total extends to around 30,000 m² of gross floor area. The hotel has been built on top of the 2-storey underground car park which provides around 1,600 parking spaces. This project has been developed by New Chinatown Amsterdam C.V., a development consortium consisting of MAB Development Nederland B.V., Meyer Bergman and several Chinese investors.
