Merin lets office and commercial spaces at over a hundred of its properties throughout the Netherlands. In order to ensure that the purchase of properties goes smoothly, Merin has concluded a framework agreement with bbn regarding Technical Due Diligence (TDD) reports for new premises.
The agreement means that bbn will make a TDD team available within two weeks, which will conduct a visual inspection of the property and verify documentation such as building permits and certification. bbn will deliver the TDD report within three weeks following the start of the activities. As a result of this TDD framework agreement, Merin will be able to rapidly assess any civil engineering risks involved in the purchase of new properties.
