On the banks of the river IJ, minutes from downtown Amsterdam, BMB has developed Pontkade. This project includes 250 new homes and rental apartments as well as space for retail, creative initiatives and bars and restaurants on the ground floor.
Vibrant
Pontkade is one of the development projects at the iconic NDSM wharf, in the northern part of Amsterdam where 440,000m2 will be developed into a vibrant district for living and working. Pontkade consists of two towers that are connected through a garden. Its construction started in 2018 and was completed in 2020.
